On September 28, the meeting of the members of the iFood cluster was held at SKC Product Kft. in Lengyeltóti. András Somos, the company’s managing director, presented his products preserved with a special process and the plant where fantastic fruit juices are made.
The peculiarity of the process lies mainly in the fact that it is carried out with high hydrostatic pressure in a unique way in terms of domestic preservation. This is an extremely gentle process, which can simultaneously guarantee high quality, freshness, microbiological safety and sufficient shelf life with heat treatment or by itself.
The preservation process takes place with the Hyperbaric high-pressure equipment, which provides a solid technical basis for the production of own-brand products, as well as contract manufacturing services, even in Central European terms.
